Prior to joining in January 2015 Tim was the Chairman of Corporate Real Estate at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he worked for over 30 years. During that time he worked with many of the firms leading corporate clients including Centrica, IBM, Royal Mail and Whitbread advising them in relation to their corporate property strategy, in particular looking at situations to extract value or reduce cost from both freehold and leasehold property.

In recent years he has provided strategic property advice for corporations, concentrating on portfolio change with a view to maximising value and minimising costs.

Tim graduated from Durham University in 1982, Reading University in 1984 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986. Tim lives in Teddington and is married with 3 children. He can still be often found on a hockey pitch, playing or umpiring and is the Club Captain at Teddington Hockey Club.
