Wendy joined FraserCRE in June 2001 and is resposible for facilities management and property administration across the managed portfolios. Wendy runs the Helpdesk, which provides both reactive and planned maintenance. She deals extensively with operational branch queries on health and safety, security, and assists with management of service charge properties.
