Wendy joined FraserCRE in June 2001 and is responsible for property administration across the managed portfolios. Wendy deals with reactive maintenance and runs the Helpdesk. She deals extensively with operational branch queries and assists Steve Bunn with the management of service charge properties. Wendy also works closely with Client Finance in respect of tenant arrears collection.
