Steve manages a number of service charge properties across our various surplus portfolios. Steve joined us from HHG (formally Pearl Assurance) where he worked for 20 years within the Property and Facilities Management Departments. During this time, he was heavily involved in the void disposal programme that reduced the portfolio from 160 to 35 properties within two years .
