Over the past ten years, Mike has won recognition for his expertise in resolving complex surplus property issues using creative financial and legal structures. He also specialises is releasing capital from corporate occupiers' balance sheets. Mike has a BSc in Estate Management and has been a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1992. Prior to this, Mike was a Partner at Jones Lang Wootton, and the Group Property Director of the menswear retailer, GA Dunn & Co, where he was responsible for its £100m property wind-down programme during the last recession. He is also a member of NACORE UK.
